Owned by the Hoddle family, our farm produces high quality citrus and premium grass-fed Angus beef.
Alongside our citrus, we also breed and finish Angus cattle. Today the whole family are involved in the operation in some way. Charlotte returned to the business in recent years and she has taken over wholesale and operations management.
The citrus orchard spans over 50 hectares producing up to 1800 tonnes per year. Picking starts in early June and finishes in mid September.
We can pack your fruit to suit your order requirements, we sell our fruit as bulk at farm gate collection but also pack into 1kg and 3kg bags, 10kg and 16kg boxes and 450 kg bulk cardboard bins.
Our Story
In 2007, Robert Hoddle planted juicing oranges as a response to reduced water allocations. Seeking a crop with high returns per megalitre, Robert chose to focus on citrus, which has proven to be a drought-resilient option. Today, our main variety is the Salustiana Valencia, known for its superior juice quality. In addition, we have new plantings of Tarocco Ippolito blood oranges, Cara Cara pink navels and Afourer mandarins expanding our citrus offering.
